Intensive Weekend

The Alexander Technique is generally learnt in a series of individual private lessons. Anyone completing the Teacher Training Course knows how profound a continuous learning of the Technique can be, bringing about a deep and fundamental improvement in the quality and performance of all areas of life.

This intensive weekend sets that deep change into motion, offering an insight into the richness embodied in the Alexander Technique, and one’s potential for personal growth and development.

Open for beginners, for those wishing to deepen their understanding of the Technique and their own personal ‘use’, and those considering applying for the Teacher Training Course.
