The Alexander Technique is generally learnt in a series of individual private lessons. Anyone completing the Teacher Training Course knows however how enriching continuous learning can be, bringing about a deep and fundamental improvement in the quality and performance of all areas of life.

A day with the Alexander Technique reveals the depth of change possible, and offers an insight into the potential for personal growth and development.

Open for beginners, for those wishing to intensify their understanding of the Technique and their own personal ‘use’, for those considering the Teacher Training Course and for young teachers.
